I have a art account here on FA that still needs a password reset. 
But everytime I try to send the email for making a new password it won't send... I've checked junkbox too and there is absolutely nothing. I don't know why its not sending to my email...

One thing you may try is their updated recovery tool, and if you have access to your original email you signed up with, as well as current (if you ever changed it), check both for the verification.
