Below is my Terms of Service (ToS). Please review before commissioning me.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to my ToS


Payment:
All Cost is in USD
Payment must be paid upfront in full, unless agreed upon by myself and the commissioner.
Payment must be through PayPal, unless agreed upon by myself and the commissioner.
When sent through PayPal (goods and services) an extra fee may be added to cover the paypal costs.
The project will not start until full payment is received, unless I decide otherwise.

Deadlines:
I will not work with deadlines without prior discussion and agreement.
A rush fee may be added if the commissioner feels it is necessary to be rushed after agreeing on a time.

Changes Policy:
At each stage I will ask for an approval: eg sketch, lineart, colour and final approval.
During each approval stage you are welcome to ask for changes however once approved I will not change the previous work. (unless its minor, though I reserve the right to make that choice)
As an example, after the sketch phase approval I will not add more objects or props, after the line art approval I will not change the lines and so on. Unless you wish to pay an extra fee.

Refunds:
Full refunds will only be given if work hasn't begun. If work has been started on it only 15% will be refunded. I have the right to refuse refunds for change of mind, break-ups (for couple art etc.) traded off characters or ‘I just need the money right now.’

Crediting the art:
I ask that you credit with a link back to the page or at least the name when you post the piece.
No one other then the commissioner may repost it unless you have permission from both myself and the commissioner.

Adopts:
After purchasing the adopt you may make whatever changes you like to the character.
You have full rights to the character after purchase.
After purchase you may re-sell the character at whatever price you like (below or above the price you paid for it).
