kaeko has been through a lot over the past few years that I've known her. She was one of the first few artists I commissioned on this website, and had one of the streams that I tried to regularly visit. She was a sweet and hard working girl, she was silly and accommodating, and most of all she never gave in to her real life problems. She was so kind and so talkative, she had an inviting personality that felt sincere and honest. Her art was cute and she undersold herself to an incredible degree!

Sometime in the past year or two, she was diagnosed with cancer. Despite that she continued to work as hard as she could to give art to her commissioners, even going as far as to draw in the hospital after her chemotherapy sessions! She had a child with her husband during her fight with cancer, and he was a miracle. Kyte is just as hard of a fighter as her momma! Her husband has tried his best to continue working over the years to support his new family.

Kandis, you taught me how to be a better client. Kandis, you showed me just how stubborn and optimistic a person can be. Kandis, you will always inspire me for the rest of my life to continue fighting.
