here is a journal entry from one miss TeshSilhou
"Recently i stumbled upon someone who's using a adult game to upload such content to FA. Okay understandable. Oh? You're going to say it's your work? Well then, last time i checked. The developers put the time into designing the content. Not you, so question is, why you claiming it's your work?
It's funny what people do to steal the hard work developers put into their "games" if you can call this a game."
Now ...I have had The Villa game for a number of years and have used its technology to create the 3d models you see here i can claim the creations as mine because they were not in game characters to begin with some of the women i have made with the program are real girls
also i spoke with the technology creators at Thrixxx and they said so long as the logo is on my pics i am no danger of being sued or put through any legal hostility
this user is THE only user that ha raised any complaints about my creations while true The technology allows me to create the models..it does not provide me with the complete means for skin hair and textures those must be created and uploaded to the *game itself* along with the faces which are also hand sculpted on the program I am still dealing with a few more weeks of cancer treatment and do not wish anyone anymore unpleasantness Miss if you are reading this I m sorry you feel the way you do but according to Thrixxx content I create through their technology is mine the and it clearly states on every pic i have made that it was created with Thrixxx Technology and...id like to point out other 3d games and programs have been used by others such as imvu virtual slave custom girl and daz3d all of which receive their respective recognition through brands at the bottom of every picture made
Now i want you to also remeber you blocked me before i could respond to ANY of your complaints so you being blocked is only natural with this i bid you good day miss TeshSilhou may the light always shine upon thee...
