Going back to the original question,
having friends, getting a job, being able to leave the house wiithout feeling sub-human, getting a partner, eventually getting married, having children, and again making friends. They're the big things that make up life, a job allows you to buy clothes and food and eventually a house, getting married is supposedly the best day of your life, becoming a parent is like starting a completely different life from what you had before, and friends just make life worth living. I can't do, and don't have, any of those things.
