I am immortal
Keep me close, for I am afraid.
Keep me close, because soon there will be a raid.
Someday soon, I will be gone,
But please don't cry, for I will sing you a song.
I have seen the end of days and birth of new ones.
I have seen the sky cry, and the explosion of a sun.
I may be alive,
I everyday, I'm dying inside.
No matter how far I try and run,
No matter how many times, I may have fun,
I cannot be like you,
For there is nothing I can do.

I think its about you being a foreseer or a person that can see beyond all existence my momma read it and she thinks it's about pregnancy or giving something like an organ from you to some one. And this poem is gorgeous I loved all of it it was so beautiful very nice work Miss Mink. and I am a Paraplegic now and I see life different and I don't like it at all
