Help me with this Paypal issue?

So, basically Ive had my paypal for more than 5 years, that is to say, 5 years ago I was still in school, and was an ignorant teen. I had opened my paypal using a fake name bc I didnt know better, and now when I want to change it to my legal name, Paypal refuses.
Or well, they didn't exactly refuse, they just said theyd rather have me upgrade to a Business account instead of a Personal one, which I can agree on. Thing is, I don't exactly have a legit business, like it's literally just me drawing stuff for people, so I'm hesitant about doing that.
Right now I'm just, unsure about what to do. like,
1. If I keep the name unchanged, I won't be able to get verified, and possibly, will not be able to take my money out of paypal. That was fine when commissions wasn't my full-time job, but now, I kinda need the money out of there, to use and stuff.
2. If I upgrade to business, like, I dunno what that entails. Will there be more taxes applied to my transactions? Will paypal need to track the kind of business Im doing? Will I be in any danger for using paypal to sell pornography?
3. I could just make an entirely new paypal account, with my legal name this time; transfer all my money there, and be done with it. Except, that sounds suspicious as heck, and I don't want to get in any trouble.
To any artists out there, or just, anyone who knows more about paypal in general, please, if you could, tell me what you think I should do.

The message they sent me said that my "name looks more like a business name", and that it would be better for me to change into a business account, except, it's not a business name, and I don't even have a legitimate business.
Then i found out paypal has a helpline, so i called it, i mentioned about the verify thingy and how i cant change my name (even after i sent legal documents), so the staff asked me to send a pic of my ID and in less than 10 minutes, my paypal is unlocked and verified, complete with my real name and such.
So, i suggest calling PayPal directly and do the process live.
Hmm... Maybe, yeah, I'll try that. I just have this intense paranoia that they might look into my account activity and see suspicious stuff and all, not that there are any, but I guess, a name change is simple enough, and wouldn't cause that issue.
