So I went and ordered some stuff from aliexpress (easier shipping than eBay).
I got 2 small plushies, 10 36-inch balloons (5 black and 5 clear), and gear.
It will take around a month or so for everything to arrive, and I think I'll start making videos when it does.
EDIT: Also ordered a pink Bestway dolphin from 2002 that should arrive as I'm staying in the US.
