Cloe would dress up as Alice or maybe a blushing grim reaper(IMO that would be cute)
Forte would dress up as Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop or Knives from Trigun

A Bit about the character: He is very Kind. Kindling likes to Travel,
and often stops to feed random passerby's on his journeys.
He always carries Sandwiches in a pack pack for that reason.
