The right's gone batshit crazy with their candidates. Not one of them is sane, but some are rich and that matters

By Europe's standards Sanders isn't even a proper socialist, yet somehow he's portrayed as an extremist in the US

He describes it as "democratic socialism", which still contains that buzzword, so of course republicans are gunna swarm on it like ants. For all our socialist programs, no one wants to admit that we're already part way there anyway. And besides, what about socialism told Hitler to kill Jews? Pretty sure that was religion.

Trump is a joke. He is a racist, xenophobic, sexist asshole who likes to talk big but pulls out the moment things get serious (like with the whole thing about Obama not being a proper US citizen).
Ben Carson I don't really know much about. But from what I have read he seems to be a homophobic cunt. And he called the Afforable Care Act the "worst thing since slavery"? Wow. Yeah, people being able to afford medical care really is just awful! D: What an idiot...

Bernie Sanders I haven't even heard about before. From what I have read right now he seems to like how we do politics here in Europe. As a European I can say that we aren't doing a terrible job in that regard. He seems pretty ok!
And as for Clinton, I guess she is pretty much a female Obama. If she were to take office the course of America probably wouldn't change all that much, which isn't a bad thing because Obama did improve a lot of things during his time in office.

There's just two reasons why I don't want to vote for Hilary. The first is that she's got a pretty big scandal to deal with. I know there's been absolutely no findings whatsoever after 28 hearings and 10 different judges, or juries, or whatever. I mean, this thing has lasted longer than watergate. It's bullshit. But there's too many scandals in politics and we don't need the most powerful person in government to be part of the biggest scandal in years, no matter the validity of it.

The second is exactly why I hated Jr. and why I'm glad Jeb isn't as popular as he thought he'd be. As much as I wish I was in England, America is not a monarchy. Yes, everyone is supposed to have an equal chance at getting to be president, but I think immediate family members should be eligible at least for a specific amount of time. And certainly three members of the immediate family shouldn't be permitted.

As a Canadian, Hillary is basically what Stephen Harper would be. She's a republican wearing democrat clothing.

If I were American, Sanders is my vote of choice, I don't expect him to get much (if any of his promises accomplished, but if he can find some compromise to reach those goals, that'd be ideal. Of course, if the house is still a Republican majority, that won't happen.

I completely agree. At the very least, if Bernie gets into office, it shows that the citizens are absolutely sick of being abused, regardless of whether the house lets him do anything.

Another reason I like Bernie is because he was against most of the shit in the beginning that's currently fucking us over. So he seems to know how to predict the outcome of the things he would put into law.

I've pretty much set myself on anywhere in England. MAYBE Ireland or Scotland, but I'll have to do some more research to find out where is best. I would do Australia, but there's just way too many hostile animals down there. x.x

I was fed up with the madness in the USA a while ago. When I went to look for somewhere sane to live I found New Zealand. Unless you have an extreme aversion to cold weather NZ might not be the best. I haven't gotten the chance to even visit yet so I can say for sure if the place is any good.
You may want to investigate the 'apparent' racism of Switzerland, I wouldn't put anything past any member of the human race but people tend to throw words around without any legit cause and some times it sticks.

yeah i intent to look into it. i heard it from a British-Chinese man who travels for work. he told me they go so far as to have all the non white tourists check in with police. i heard from another bit that they do tend to be progressive as well as regressive, and very over the top,with population control and a few other things.

Republicans:
Trump: Anti-Establishment, Conservative, Idiot
Carson: Religious Zealot, Conservative, He is a neurosurgeon... very disturbing.

Democrats:
Sanders: Anti-Establishment, a sensible politician (who knew they even existed), runs on substance and the donations of people (not corporations)
Hilary: typical bought & sold politician, devoid of substance

I love how everyone says they aren't biased but then they are. YAY! for hypocrites! Also, humanity in general is fucked, it is only a matter of time before the raging fire that is the middle east starts to catch elsewhere. Hell, the only thing keeping Russia from hungrily eyeing Europe is Isis for the time. And once those assholes are history, Russia, China, Europe, and the United States will be looking for their next bitch to fuck. Only hope for us is some random ass terrorist organization to pop up to draw it away from each other. But...tis only time before they eye each other as too tempting targets. But in conclusion, All the candidates in the running so far are really stupid (almost a requirement) {also, old quote of 'those that deserve power never seek it}. United states needs at this point in time, a good asswhoppin or another civil war to purge it of the filth that is the current really corrupt government. They have good people, just those up top aren't.
