Did someone get hacked by hackers. I was chatting with with ask-raricow from Tumblr and she was told that - "Paypal has a really good reputation as far as security goes and I’ve yet to hear of them being hacked for credit card information or bank account information."
Soo i answer to her like that - "I knew it, even hightly good reputation can be broken by attack from hackers, i can't risk of that to losing all my money or get my credit card information. Soo i should forget it about commissions and fully focusing to giving all my hard working money to my mom to pay it bills & food, those are very important things soo i can't thinking about my self & my needs."
On that moment i am dont trust None polish websides they was not made it on polish hands and yes i have bank account & money like 240 PLN, but still i am not gonna commission to any artist for reason is hackers.

PayPal has gotten stricter about it's sign up, requirimg you to be 18 and have documents such as your bill and driver's license unlike in the oast where it just asked for your credit card and maybe your social sercurity.
Before you call fraud and scam, keep in mind that PayPal isn't offering you money and probably requests that info because you're just making transactions.
It's a TOTAL piece of s**t and it's the WORST service you'll ever get or even have. End of story.
