Blood Results Finally In; Announcement
I'm okay. Better than okay according to the results of the blood work:
A1C(blood sugar): Perfect
Blood Count: Ideal
Kidney Function: Perfect
Liver Function: Perfect
Potassium: Ideal
T3 (thyroid): Healthy 2.2
Thyroxine (thyroid): Lower end of normal, but not low enough to worry about treatment
White Blood Cell Count: normal
Me: feeling insane and wanting to know why I feel like crap most days and get headaches constantly.
Some nights, guys, I feel so hopeless (going on 6 years with these health issues) I question living. I won't do anything, but I wish I knew how to feel better. No bizarre joint swelling, no headaches, no palpitations, just normal health.
My mom blames depression, but that's a hard thought to accept. I tried so many antidepressants and even though I'm mostly functional on Zoloft, I'm far from living without depression. If it's depression, how do I cope? I'm tired of all the chemicals, but I've went the homeopathic route and let's just say that was a bad idea. Yet I'm full of chemicals trying to combat debilitating headaches and nausea just so I can get out of bed and eat. I don't take anything but allergy and antidepressants daily and a sleep aid as necessary, but I'm not sleeping properly. So I'm trying to figure out my next step. I'll take any suggestions.
Also question for others with frequent headaches: do you ever feel like hot or icy water is running in your skull? If so, how do you handle it or what did your doctor say?
And for my Announcement:
I'm opening another account soon. It will be my gore/violence/content that may make some squeamish account. I have a brain child brewing to act as my violent 'sona/mascot for that account. I haven't thought of a name yet, but once I do and the account is open, I'll let you all know.
Once caught up or almost there, I'll likely post some things with themes similar to Goretober that I unfortunately had to sit out this year.
Thanks for reading. Have a great weekend all.

Anyhoo, I said all that to say this: If you're always having the headaches and your body itself looks okay you might want to see if anything's going on in your actual head/ cranial cavity. Not meaning to worry you just throwing that out there. I don't know much about medicine only what I've come across via others.
I feel for you for having gone through such a rough series of health issues 6 years on but hopefully there's some kind of solution to it all. As for your question "If it's depression, how do I cope?" I would say one day at a time. Yes that's one helluva cheesy answer but that's how I deal with my particular body/mind issues on a daily basis.
As for your new account, huzzah! I look forward to seeing what you have to offer in terms of gore and violence themed art on your new page. :3
And I look forward to seeing your new account!
Also you should practice relaxing. Often we practice stressing rather than learning to switch off.
Try Melatonin to help sleep and relaxing.
Always clean your environment that helps.
Soothing music.
Do NOT dwell in that noggin of yours.
