NaNoWriMo '15 or something like that
I've never been one to get really into National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo). I officially tried it out two different years, but found I couldn't maintain focus on one subject for an entire month. I've taken a few unofficial shots at the challenge but would often end up tiring of something after about a novella's length and switching, then trying to make up all the lost time and then keep going with the new idea, only to burn out on the whole thing.
I was thinking this year maybe I'd do something like an Iron Artist, only like, stories instead, totaling up to the 50k words people are encouraged to write over the course of November. Some sorta 'pay what you want' commissions ~1k words or something to that extent. I know IA is typically 100 slots, but if I had to write 100k words in 30 days I would probably explode.
I don't have any formal plans really. If you're interested you can contact me. I'll probably keep writing either way, hate to get rusty.
