Great birthday and a great mate

This is my first journal post on FA. Because my eyesight makes it so difficult to read them, I haven't made any either. My mate's birthday gifts were so amazing that I felt compelled to do so though. 
LaurenRivers started by surprising me with a trip to a local therapeutic massage place for a couples one hour full-body massage with fancy oil. It was INCREDIBLE! Later, he took me out for an outstanding dinner at a fine Italian restaurant I had eaten at once and loved. The food was outstanding, as well as the company. He finished the evening off with a thoughtful gift, the cookbook from the blind woman who won MasterChef a few seasons ago, Christine Ha. I really respect her and can't wait to try some of her recipes. Fortunately, I have a mate who loves me to read it for me. ;-)

Happy Birthday again Shrag! I'm so glad you and Lauren had a wonderful day and evening together! It sounds like it was perfect in all respects. You two are so lucky to have each other!
