UPDATE: I'm on pain meds so I can try to work. Tried the diagnostic meds for migraines and they did nothing, so my doctor is pretty sure that isn't it.

I requested testing for all felines related diseases, even uncommon ones, that show normal CTs but can present with these symptoms in synchronicity. He was happy to oblige. Since we continue to get negative results, I'm being referred to a neurologist. It might be all in my head, which would be simultaneously a relief and further worry.
