Anyone else use the BETA theme, also... Banner change?

I'm mainly asking because... When are they going to change the banner for the BETA?
I have no idea what the resolution is, or even how getting your banner featured works anymore. I noted Dragoneer with no success, but maybe he's just not in charge of that stuff anymore?
Anyway... If anyone could give me some info, let me know! I kind of want to try my hand at a banner! Even if it's not me, I would still like to see a new one!
