Hello!
I'm looking for a Digital Artist that's open for commission! I want a High Quality, high Resolution Head shot picture! :D I'll be using it to make a T-Shirt and I'm willing to go up to $40 for this piece. So if any one knows a good artist please send them my way, or if you're open for commission please contact me! :D We can Discuss details later about the piece.
I would hope to be a repeat customer if this goes well :3
Note: I'm finding it difficult to find artist, I just dont know where to go and what to search for.

However! If are actually planning on using the art piece for commercial use/To sell, I'd have to raise the prices a lot more. Possibly $20 more than the price shown on the commission page.
