i know updates from this page have been few and far between. i'm sorry folks, its been tough. I thank all of you who have been listening ears for the occasional vent, supportive paws when i don't want to continue, and encouraging voices when i have nothing but self-hatred.

today is Veterans day, in the United States and Armistice in much of Europe, marking the end of the First world war, and a remembrance of every man woman ( and in some cases Child ) who have fought for their country. remember your soldiers, because there are few who show more courage than those who defend others.

Also it is this Wolf's Birthday, marking a 23rd lap around the sun. i would like to give a preeminent thank you to those offering congratulations. Here's to you and yours
