What's it called when you put up an adoptable but instead of it being a draw-to-adopt or pay-to-adopt you instead fill out a form like name, gender, personality, and such for it and the creator chooses the best one to get the adoptable?

Reason why I'm asking is because I have a rare rainbow themed Grimpeur (a species I made) for sale but it isn't selling. I want it to go to a good home and I figured this would be a good way to make sure of that.
