It will ask for your chest measurements, so you can determine your size to order. I personally bought a slip-on tank. I don't actually like it too much, and if I buy a new one, I'll get a Velcro. Slip ons can be difficult to put on, and take off. They also bundle at the armpits when putting them on so don't put deodorant on before putting on a binder lol. But it's nice to know I can take my shirt off and still have my binder as a tank-top around other people, or have my buttoned shirt open and not worry about "sports bra underneath". So if you like the idea of having a binder as a tank-top under another shirt, trying a full tank binder may be a good idea.
I'm a size 36B, I believe I got a large. It works pretty good, if ever I have more spare cash I may purchase a velcro for a size down since both L and M have the option of 36B and the size I have sometimes just doesn't look as nice as I want it to, or it isn't compressing as much as I know it should as sometimes I'm not even completely flat. They do allow you to return the item only to exchange for another size, if you feel what you ordered isn't to your liking.
I advise you don't buy cheap binders from stores like ebay. That's probably not something you'll do, but I always want to warn. They often sell very cheap(like $10) but very poorly made binders that can be damaging.
Ooh;;; wait their large is only for a 36B ? Shit ugh I wonder if I can get one that will fit me. But oooh I'm glad they'll let you exchange in that case then!!!! That is very good since I'm sure I'll order the wrong one LOL;;;
YEAH ugh I totally understand that.
You can find their size chart under the tab on the top that says "Sizing" and there's a little red picture you can click once there that has the sizing chart they use for their sizes.
As long as you measure yourself properly(they even have a tutorial on how), you'll be fine. The worst you'll order is either a size up, or a size down.
Yeah ofc;;; ; ___ ; I'm usually so bad with that I'll have to have someone help me
underworks also has some good binders, but i like gc2b more. you can barely feel it on while youre wearing it.
otherwise, if it doesnt cause too much pain- im not sure if this causes health complications (but its better than ace bandages) if you have two sports bras lying around, you can wear one regularly and wear the other one backwards and itll bind pretty well. i dont know the long term complications, but i think it might be a good solution while you are waiting for a better binder
But yeah I'll probably buy from them then since everyone seems to prefer them!!. I'd rather have something that lasts longer anyways since I don't like to spend money a ton
Hmmm I would try it, but Tbh since I have larger breasts I can't really imagine it would bind much safely;; and I'd rather not be unsafe ofc since I don't know a ton about binding in the first place
But thank you so much!!
Compression from sports bras /may/ also have a hand in sizing down cancer cells due to new research, which could theoretically prevent it from spreading. Also, the material's breathable, but you will have to worry about light skin infections if you go for a long time in them. Nothing major!
This has been a PSA from your local peanut gallery. :'D
I'm def. gonna listen to you and buy from gc2b tho, because my last store was high and yet God-awful.
BUY.
FROM.
T-KINGDOM.
My binder broke after just 3 days. |:
before i gave mine away, i used underworks. they worked okay; i had the triple-layer one, but give i'm an g/h cup, it just barely covered all my boob by not going down even to the belly button. it constantly rode up as well, so i'd have this random lil pair of gutpooch. there were all sorts of things online for like, cutting off a t-shirt's bottom and sewing it on but it just seemed like a lot of work. the fabric was not very breathable and was almost coarse. but i guess it got the job done. (idk i never passed anyway so)
now that i want to go back to transitioning i wanna try out this place. they have the full length ones so i can tuck it in.
Oh wow I'm sorry that all sounds like a pain;;; Tbh sadly I don't think I'll ever really pass since I'm....very feminine looking but!! Ofc that's not important as long as your comfortable with yourself!! I'm just excited to buy a binder since my chest realky bothers me and there's not much you can do when you have larger breasts obviously;;
idk i'm in the same boat and i don't want to have to fundamentally change who i am and fall into that trap of having to be hypermasculine just to pass to strangers but the validation is nice. then again i get 'misgendered' presenting as female now so who knows.
i just want t so i can grow facial hair. i'm feeling no shave november so hard. (more like no pluck november)
What are those,,,,, pokes
Oooh I gotcha e m e ! Yeah that's basically how I am;;; the only thing that really bothers me about myself is my boobs but at a certain point your like wow why do I look so girly haha rip
Omg facial hair is so cute,,, though I HATE BODY HAIR ON MYSELF SO I SHAVE all the time jvfhk
at least things like figure are easy to hide with baggy clothing which, now that its fall/winter, is super comfy and nice to wear *u*
TRUE I DO USUALLY WEAR hoodies for that reason
But like yknow when you have bigger boobs they just e _____ e never can be hidden
I would Def be way annoyed if I had to keep fixing it e m e
GC2B is my binder and I get very nicely flat. They're not too much either.
Everyone seems to like GC2B Omfg I'm so happy I finally know a place to buy from
They're so comfy I rarely know I'm wearing a binder. Like if it didn't roll up I wouldn't notice it
But it's hella soft.
http://www.underworks.com/men/compr.....pression-shirt This is the new version of the one I have I believe! They do roll up but they also have to bonus of flattening your tummy to give you nice over all shape. n_n
