Apparently, the AUP or whatever the hell it is has somehow granted staff here the right to be the police. Howdy took a four day rip and his creator is not pleased about it. I did nothing wrong, I just created something that was part of my character. No harm no foul. but because the AUP here is in sense made the staff again think they are the police I think they need to know this LOUD and CLEAR:

When we lose the right to create and are banned because of what we create to make our own minds happy.. We've lost it all. It makes even existing here trying to be yourself unthinkable much less enjoyable. Don't let me catch you doing what you ripped my creation for. You are hypocrites and you thereby deserve what you get in the end. You know what you are doing is wrong yet you think you can wag your finger and hide behind a law that only is enforced when the person is caught actually doing it. It's called freedom of expression of who we the creators use to express who our characters are.

If you can't accept it, then it is provably for the best that you show how low you can go
