Quit using that LOSER IE!!! Get and use Chrome! I went from Firefox to Chrome and never looked back. It works great and has no bugs that I've ever run into. A lot safer for cruising the web too!

i use chrome now but the updater had installed the IE11 updates with out me knowing it ..... !! ^v^

Change your automatic updating to let it download updates but ask you about installing them. That way you can screen the updates and get rid of the ones for IE that you don't want. You also won't have that annoying thing where you try to shut down your computer and it won't till the updates finish installing. You can install them when you feel like it.

yeah just did that but as it already has install some of the IE11 stuff i may have to go back again ... if crashes again !! ^v^

I wonder if you can uninstall IE altogether? I've never tried, but it might solve that problem too.

ive disabled it and ive looked around but cant seem to find a way to remove it ..... !! ^v^

Looked it up. Can't uninstall as it's a Windows feature. You can only shut it off.

Yeh that's what I did hopefully it is the problem causing my crashes and disabling it fixes the issue !! ^v^

Unfortunately, Microfail is one of the lead software designers on the market right now, so they're pushed to produce updates more frequently. That doesn't change the fact that IE is a steaming pile of fail on a good day.

Chrome, what you've got, is definitely more stable. I use various linux distros, so most of my browsing and internet work is through Firefox or Chromium.

To return to my previous thought, you might be able to disable IE updates as well. I'll check tomorrow after work if you'd like.

i think ive got it disabled for now ill see if it fixes the issues !! ^v^
