Gravity Falls Rule34 Commission idea! Looking for an artist!

Notes: In the most recent (as of 11/20/15 still) episode of Gravity Falls (Weirdmageddon Part 1) the female news reporter character (Shandra Jimenez) said the line, "We are day three in this strange cataclysmic event, which some are calling 'Weirdmageddon,' or the 'Oddpocalypse.' Weather today calls for black clouds, blood rain and frequent showers of Eyeball Bats turning people into stone. I'm Shandra Jimenez, and I ate a rat for dinner." and I've had this idea I want to get made of her with my OC (PackRat) who is a giant mutant Rat/Man/Monster. The idea it gave me is i'd like to see her being coaxed/forced into preforming oral sex or forcing herself onto him for substance (nutrition). (If you're not okay with PR being in charge of scene you can make it look like she's attacking and forcing herself on him for something to "eat"?)
Examples: I'm going to include some linked images with how they can be used or what I'd sort of like to see them used for...
Here's a good shot of Shandra Jimenez in a good position for the image with her arm in the right spot and everything.
This here is the only shot of her from the time in the show this scene I want to get is set. And, I'd like to play with this look with the tattered and ripped clothing. Even the missing clump of hair. I was thinking maybe my character could be holding her by that hair or he pulled it out?
For his head and face I thought maybe the Animatronic Opossums from the "Soos and the Real Girl" episode? The glowing eyes would be cool too if not oh well! Also, the robotic arm is perfect for PR's cyborg left arm!!
As for PR's body type and model I was thinking something like the crazy Poolcheck guy's or Chutzpar's or Grunkle Stan's or even Manly Dan's. I give artistic freedom when it comes to body type I just normally ask that it's not reduced to a slim undefined body type. A little gut is great too!
The reason I kind of conceived this idea as well is my character is a lot like something that would be part of Bill's gang of interdenominational hoping monsters. They can be used as reference too on him for textures and body parts. Like 8-Ball's reptilian features fit PR's right arm. Also, like his shackles and Bill's top hat too!
