Do you think Papatika is a well developed character?

I try my very best to make my characters well developed. I like for them to have actual personalities instead of being just a design. I would love some honest feedback here on this, as this character is very important to me. If you think she isn't, what would you recommend to help "flesh her out" more? Are there any personality traits of PPT's that you enjoy? I'd really love some feedback on this. Thank you guys!
