Take as much time as you need to grieve. Grief is individual, and everything that comes up for you emotionally will be genuine and yours. Nobody can tell you how to grieve or how long it "should" take - the truth is, grief never actually "ends", merely lessens in intensity over time. The amount of time it takes to lessen and by how much is entirely singular, and there is at no point where you "should" be at any point. Anyone who tells you to "move on" or "get over it" is misguided.

Breathe, take care of yourself, rest, don't forget to drink water and eat food. We'll still be here when you get back, and we're here any time you need to vent.
