I have and idea how do Xenosapien reproduce theme self without females.
Xenosapien race doesn't have female species so the children birth role take the male. They laying an egg, than after 9 months from the egg birthing a new baby xenosapien.
They actually cloning them self using asexual reproduction. They dont have the female reproductiv organs, only male organs, they have some special organ for the egg creation/bitrh.
Because of that their children's mostly birth only with new eye color or shape of horns, but skin color, skull and body formation are still will be the same. If they had a sexual contact with the other male they can duplicate DNA code from them and it helping to adapt the children's immune system to new places and treatments. Approximate age of creating eggs is in 25-35 years.
How they can do that? well it's Because they are alliens...
