Payment
For all commissions they must be paid in full before work will begin. We accept payment plans and will discuss them full with the specific buyer. Right now Plague.Creations only accept PAYPAL and ALASKAUSA. Any auctioned costumes do have payment plans available as well.

Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of any costume, they will be an additional charge. Shipping costs may vary and one should expect to pay an additional fee for insurance. Please keep in mind, Plague.Creations has the right to select shipping methods and carriers, however if insurance or a preferred shipping method can be discussed. Plague.Creations Is NOT responsible for any lost or damage received product.

Warranty and Repairs
Plague.Creations Would like to keep your suits looking their best. We offer a one time free repair on major damages, and free repairs on any minor damages, however shipping must be paid by owner. Afterwards any major damages not a result of normal wear and tear are subject to a fee in order to be fixed. Plague.Creations Does our best to keep every situation in mind, and encourage you to contact us with the specifics before hand to get a good estimate. If any of our products are misused, resulting in major damage, Plague.Creations reserves the right to cancel the warranty and refuse repairs. Plague.Creations Also reserves the right to take our time with these repairs meaning they may not be done ASAP.

Concept Art
Plague.Creations Will do our best to create your character no matter what your concept art may look like. We will constantly give W.I.P photos to ensure it is going along smoothly. In the event you would like artistic liberty, we will do our best to match something to your specific tastes based on what we feel would suit YOU the best.

Cancellations
Plague.Creations Understands when unknown things pop up. Cancellation can happen, however full refunds are hard. Each situation will depend on how much of the money you have sent us has already been put into supplies and starting your commission. Plague.Creations Will try it's best to figure out a fair refund amount with the commissioner personally.

Design Changes
Design changes can be made up until work is actually started on the suit and supplies are ordered. If supplies are ordered and work is already started; we can NOT guarantee all changes can be made. Please be sure you are absolutely satisfied with your design before work begins. If design changes are made it may change the price of your commission. If no additional supplies are needed to be ordered there will be no need for an increase in price. However; if new supplies are needed to be ordered, and or the design needs to be changed entirely we will need to discuss an increase.

Sizing
Duct tape dummies are required for full suit commissions. There are many youtube videos and guides online that can help you in the process of making one. Also, if you plan or think you're going to lose / gain any weight before your commission please wait to make your DTD until it is needed. It is important that the duct tape dummy is an accurate representation of your body, so when you get your suit it fits.

Completion and Deadlines
Completion dates can not be predicted exactly, however we will try to provide you with a rough estimate of when your suit may be completed by. Plague.Creations Does not guarantee suits for con deadlines, we don't want to rush our work and provide you with less than the best quality we can offer.

18-
We understand that many young fursuiters would like a suit of their own. However we do not accept any commissions from anyone under 18 without parental consent. Your parent's PAYPAL must be the one used and your parent must contact us in some way other than through you to give us permission to create a suit. We advise not to commission for a partial suit until at least the age of 14 as you are still growing and will quickly find it will not fit as long as you desire. We also advise not to purchase a full suit until at least the age of 16 for the same reason. At Plague.Creations we want you to love your suit for your life!

18+ Adults
We are all adults here and understand sometimes we want a suit for separate reasons then taking them to a con. We do allow these kinds of suits, but they have a completely different TOS that we will need to discuss in private with a buyer.
