I do apologize for not only having not posted anything recently but also because I haven't made any sort of journal updates since my grandmother's passing a couple of years ago. Things have been a bit hectic the past few months with a new job, moving into a new place and sadly, another death in the family. This time...it was my father. We had finished burying him on Friday the 27th, the day after Thanksgivings. He had sadly passed away on the Monday prior due to having slipped into a diabetic coma. His blood sugar maxed out at over 1000 and at that point....there was no way that he could have recovered. It was a quick process and thankfully, he didn't suffer. He simply went to sleep and never woke up. I have been working on new pieces of art but...things have been slowed down quite a bit and soon, I should be having new pieces up soon. Hopefully now that things are getting a little more under control, I will be back to my normal self again.
