... but when I mean slowly I mean slowly. Last night I decided not to take the heavy painkillers and I slept wonderfully and I haven't taken any paracetamol since yesterday morning. So that's out of my system.

Today I went outside to throw about 3 garbage bags after which I found my body in a state of shivering. Not because of cold but because of sudden muscle use. Eep.

In other news: today also is the day I got myself a crutch. Yep, grandpa got his walking stick. And I found out I lost so much weight that I can pull the belt of my pants all the way to the first hole. Or the last. Yeah.
