Happy Friday all! So after some feedback about the poll thing for a Most-Pawesome of the year, I'm not sure it's something that would be easy to do. Feedback on these lists is always a problem - just like art or stories, feedback from folks is often less than 1% of the view count, so the problem is that there just may not be that many folks to actually do the poll in the first place, which would be unfortunate for the amount of extra work it takes to prepare a list. However one idea put forth was a Most Pawesome of the Month, and that seems a bit more doable. So perhaps starting this month, we'll keep track of the Most-Pawesomes and then have a vote for everyone's favourite at the end? Would be cool to let the artist know as well, I'd think. What do you guys think?

Last Friday's re-Highlight of Cari was a lot of fun since it gave her an opportunity to come back and answer some detailed questions, which didn't exist in the early highlights. Why: Because charr & Sera. This was released prior to finishing the last Paw-Post, and oooohhhh gods... so good, but since I'd done up the Most-Pawesome and also have a cut-off now for new posts, I saved it for this one. :) I mean... do I have to even explain the "why" here? As is pretty typical with a Sera picture, this just nails everything about footpaws for me. Sera's just so, so absorbed in licking and enjoying that huge footpaw - even has her snout just buried in those warm fuzzy toes. And it's not just that, but how much other great detail there is. Sera's feet look amazing themselves, even just passively being there. Fenrir's other footpaw is in such a cool pose 'cause you can just imagine him stretching his toes back, starting to wake from his slumber as Sera's licking intensifies. And then there's the tails too - Fenrir's around Sera while hers looks almost tense - like it's about to poke Fenrir's rather massive waiting member or sheath. Now... for those of you who might be thinking "wait a minute... why does Fen have a knot and a female-like charr tail?" It's because the character is actually a hybrid between a charr and a worgen (race from WoW). ;)

This is Rous, which is a member of the Rheitvas species, which besides having sexy footpaws also totes one amazing head of feather-hair! That is REALLY cool. :) A beautifully rendered action shot of Rous, brilliant colours and very gorgeous footpaws. Love how beefy the toes and ball pad are, and still has a good definition to the arch despite it not being a remotely human-ish footpaw.

Had the pleasure of talking a bit with the lady behind these - she's quite into feet herself along with having nice ones! This is a nice shot in particular in a couple ways; first, you don't see too many top-shots like this, and second, it's cool in that her foot (size 6 US) is being held by a friend of hers who was also into feet. I like that she has pretty toes and a rather nicely defined baby toe. And perhaps it's just the relaxed pose, but it's so easy to picture her curling them over someone's nose or lips like that. Very lovely. :)

(TC) So while on the topic of re-highlights like Cari's last week, I thought it'd be interesting to return to Sera as well. In both cases, the original highlights were much simpler and less interesting than what they are now with the Q&A stuff, so I asked the little blue dragon if she'd be interested in doing another one, and she said yes! Character Summary/History:
A small blue female hybrid dragon with an insanely strong love for feet and a soft submissive nature that is shown almost all the time. But don't let that fool you, as Sera has a very deep side as a mercenary for hire. With no affiliations or dedications and a huge sense of adventure, Sera is by far one of the best allies you will ever have in any situation providing you can afford her services. Sera has many years of experience in many fields, accompanied by her skills in martial arts and broad weapons training, her levels of strength and speed that no normal being could survive without straining their body to death in a matter of seconds. While submissive by nature, Sera will always protect her friends and loved ones with incredible devotion. Aside from all that, Sera is just a fun loving, laid back and outgoing type who simply enjoys life.

Some Q&A

(TC) Thank you for coming back for a round-two of the Character highlight! This time folks will get to see the more usual Questions/Answers with you. So... I guess first off would be to mention that you are certainly one of the best known paw-centric personalities out there. Was the focus of art and your presence here always centred around feet from the start?

(Sera) It may come as a surprise but originally my art was centred around soft vore. My biggest preference in that was to have only the feet sticking out of a predator's mouth. As time progressed though, the more it became obvious that i had a liking for feet and eventually I started getting more art of that (I still do both, but feet is now the dominant type of art I commission). Another interesting turn of events was when it did start, it was me wanting to get art of having my feet licked. But over the few years I got curious and wanted to try having art of me lick other female character's feet. Now it's the biggest thing for me when it comes to art.

(TC) Now that's an answer I bet folks weren't expecting! So, while on that topic, can you explain to folks a bit of what you like about soft vore (or what it is for any who are not familiar)?

(Sera) Soft vore is where one character (prey) is swallowed by another character (predator), normally alive and whole. My interest in it? Something about being squished into tight yet soft squishy wet confines. Tongues and drool too fall into my interest, so licking is also a big thing for me, which can sometimes also lead to vore if its the predator doing the licking. When it's myself licking something or someone, it's just me showing my deep love and desire towards it, hence why I lick feets so much <3.

(TC) So... for the sake of any worried readers who wonder why a pretty little dragon like you would want to be eaten alive - you're quite safe during the ordeal. Can you explain how/why?

(Sera) Most of the time it is that the predator will willingly regurgitate me back out after a bit. However sometimes that isn't the case. For those situations, my hide does have a toxin that reacts to corrosive substances, in this case acids from the stomach, which will also act as a protective coating to prevent digestion, but also cause the predator to feel nauseous and eventually regurgitate.

(TC) Good to know! Alright... now onto the obvious; feet! You are certainly well known for loving feet. Can you explain what you like most about them and/or doing with them?

(Sera) It has always been the aesthetics of them that appeals to me the most, but there's also the sensual side of them. Almost everyone loves how a foot massage feels, sometimes even a bit more to the point where its sexual. Going back to how I am with licking, this is where things can sort of meld together quite nicely. If the feet look aesthetically pleasing enough, then I would want to lick them, which is always in a slow, deep, firm, and passionate way. Depending on who's feet I'm licking, it can be ticklish, or feel good enough for them to want to move their feet and toes in certain ways, which sets the mood further. Toes spreading are probably the most appealing, meaning its an opportunity to lick in between them. There is however one other requirement when it comes to feet, is they MUST be clean, and I'm talking no dirt, sweat, bad smell or taste. If any of those are on feet, get them cleaned up entirely or get them away from me.

(TC) Heh, well then that answers what was going to be the next questions of "any dislikes?" :P Are there particular types of feet or footpaws you like better than others and why?

(Sera) This again falls down to aesthetics, but my favourite type by far are feline feet. Gender also comes into play as well, normally I will only ever lick female feet, but the only exception to this are a mostly feline race called Charr (from Guild Wars 2). With the Charr, I love that race enough that male or female doesn't matter to me, I'd still love to lick their feet. <3

(TC) *chuckles* Well you'll get no argument from me about the charr being the ultimate in "sexy." ^_^ Also since it's technically how we got to know one another via my charr Nyrri Silversnow. So... anyone who's seen the pictures (especially the charr ones) knows you really, really love licking other's feet. What about your own? Do you find them equally appealing since they're so beautiful?

(Sera) I guess so! It would be down to my own feline-like side that id take a liking to them, but at the same it can be a bit weird to me doing that to my own feet. It just doesn't have the same sensual feeling as it would licking someone else's.

(TC) So... one of those "If the mood is right" kind of things?

(Sera) Pretty much, though that mood does not come by often.

(TC) So... other-way around then - what about other's enjoying your feet? They're certainly two of the prettiest feet around. :)

(Sera) I like it, but nowhere near as much as me licking others. This used to be completely the opposite several years back, when i actually liked having mine licked but did not want to lick anyone's. This completely changed around since when I decided to try licking a canine female's feet.

(TC) Interesting - so it was something that actually grew on you when you tried it for yourself. So... order-of-operations wise, you need to get first licks now, and then have them do it after? *laughs*

(Sera) I never ask or offer to let them lick my feet. The other takes it upon themselves whether they want to or not. I am perfectly happy with being able to lick theirs. Them returning the favour is just a small added bonus to me.

(TC) Alright so of the types of feet in the classification system you helped me create (thank you), what would you say is your favourite?

(Sera) My overall favourite is C3, but it can be followed VERY close behind by C4. With C4 it mostly depends on the length of the foot between the ball and the heel, the longer it is then the less appealing it is. The same thing applies with toes, the longer they are then the less appealing they are. The best examples of the types of C4 feet I really love are the charr commissions I get from Black Chaos, or even the commission I got from Anyare of me licking her feet.

(TC) Okay... let's move on from feet (much as we can talk about them forever) - what sorta hobbies does a dragon like you have?

(Sera) My hobbies? I guess besides the feets. I do enjoy looking for new foods to try out, especially if they're of the sweet kind! I also have quite a thing for weapons, whether it's a sword or a gun or anything else, watching what they're capable of or how they are made always fascinates me.

(TC) Alright - last question then; is there anything you would like to say to the folks on the Paw-Post and your many fans?

(Sera) You are all crazy and you should go and start your own legacy! *hides* But really, I'm glad to know that people love what I get and I shall keep doing my best to commission more feet piccies! <3
