Are we seriously paying for the 'privilege' to see the artwork of artists?!

Okay, see, let me explain: I am 100% behind the primary concept of Patreon:
the concept that it exists for the sake of allowing career artists the ability to afford the time
they need to be able to devote an appropriate amount of time to artwork that is pleasurable
instead of just grinding out endless commission work. Totally cool -- I'm good with people
using Patreon for 'early peeks' at artwork, stages of art, WIPs, prizes for Patrons, and onward.

What I'm seeing more and more of, that makes me sick to my stomach are artists who
are now using free websites like FurAffinity as 'teasers,' putting up only their PG artwork, or
only their sketches, or only the bare bones of what they've been working on recently, and using
each and every one of these pieces of artwork as a desperate cry for more fucking money so
they can draw more art that you can't see without putting a few dollars in their pockets.

You whores disrespect the name of artwork, fucking seriously. :/ Considering yourself an
artist when you'll only work for money is like considering yourself in love just to get your
dick wet.
