I can do one character with simple background (like in examples) for 25$ or two characters for 35$.
For now I can draw almost everything, but feel free to ask if you're unsure.
I'm accepting payment via PayPal, and I'm working after receiving money. I'm sending sketch for to accept. I'm pretty fast with sketch + lineart, but coloring is taking me more of time, so be aware of that.
