I don't know if I should be impressed or scared that my own nightmares have an almost "refined" quality to them now on the very rare times they show up. It isn't some scary monster chasing me or bloody horror scene with body parts everywhere I see, but more subtle things. More "real" things. Maybe my mind is trying to emulate my liking for "higher quality" horror films that provide genuine scares. Who knows.

Either way, I'm still feeling shaken up by what I saw in my most recent nightmare. O.o
