Anyone else noticing this?

I tried to view a full image and the link says its the full version page but the pic is still the same size as the previous page. Not sure if this is a new bug on here or that my internet is acting up. Would love to have it verified as either tho.
ff or chrome runs fa fine.
have you tried turning your system off and on again?
