Stuck at the airport for 5 hours cause my flight was delayed cause of some bs reasoning. I'm sympathetic for people who work here, but please, when I ask you, can please hold the gate/plane so I don't have to wait 5 hours to get got my flight while I have 10 minutes to get across a huge airport that takes 20 minutes to get to my gate. Please. Pleaseeeee. Let me board
