Need Help With Web Designing

Yes the title says it all, I am needing help with designing a web site for the Travel business I am starting up called "No Boundaries". I don't have a lot of money to work with and am trying to find the least expensive route as possible. I am looking toward the goal of March to get this business off the ground, so if anyone would be willing to help me, I would be really thankful for it, and I will do what ever it takes to get this off the ground.
