Because I'm a little overdue for a reworking of my old one.
Mostly to just have some things stated so I can point to it and there's no question.
IMAGE RIGHTS: I reserve all rights to my artwork, including using for advertisement, posting in my online galleries, posting to paid galleries, and selling prints of. If you would like to keep the image private please let me know when commissioning.
If a commission is canceled by either party or a sketch wasn’t approved and I have to re-sketch it, I may use the image for a personal work, YCH, or other for-profit use (and of course changing the character to a generic or oc).
The commissioner may post the image to online galleries, make personal prints of the image, but please credit me under 'WilkFiadh' or "SillyCervid'.
EDITS: If you're commissioning anything above a sketch (flats, celshade, chibi) you will get a basic sketch before payment is asked, edits to the sketch are free as long as they aren't major. Any major edits (reworking the entire sketch) are on a case by case basis. Essentially if I wasn't given much direction and you ask for a massive rework it will incur a charge because I'll have to completely re-sketch the entire piece. I highly recommend if you want something specific to give me as much detail as possible.
PAYMENT: I take paypal only, and I ask for payment after the first work in progress sketch.
CONTENT: I'll draw pretty much anything. ANYTHING. Here's a list of my only no-nos - Underaged characters in sexual situations, scat.
That's it, as far as I know. Though complicated characters such as extremely complicated markings or mechs might cost extra if there's a lot of detail.
REFUNDS: If you need a refund and I haven't started yet you'll get the full amount. If I've started I'll deduct a fee and you'll get a partial refund plus the partially finished picture.
PSD FILES: Did you get a sketch that you want to colour? Do you want the Photoshop document so you can have the layered version? Note me, I'll give it to you provided you don't use the high res version for commercial use.
