EMERGENCY COMMISSIONS -- Help me help my dog

I have never ever had to make a journal like this before but right now I'm desperate enough to try anything. I need money. Please please please take a minute to read this.
So due to a stupid mistake on my part i left out my sewing stuff for my puppy to get into and she ended up grabbing my pincushion and swallowing some pins. At first it didn't seem like it was going to be a huge deal but i took her in the next day anyway to get an x-ray and see if she actually did eat anything. When it turned out she did, my vet wanted to get her into surgery right away and open up her stomach and get them out before they can cause a lot of damage. I didn't have much of a choice but to agree, for Roxy's sake.
But I don't have a lot of money. I don't know exactly how much it's going to cost because I haven't gone to pick her up and get the bill yet, but it's safe to say it'll be upwards of $800. That will more than obliterate my bank account, and I not only have to pay for this now but also my rent at the end of the month. I had a bit of extra cash with a $200 bonus I got from work but that's all I got.
So I need money. Badly. I can't pay for this surgery on my own, and I just want to help my dog. She's only a puppy.
So PLEASE, if you can, commission me!! I'm not a well known artist so I don't get a lot of traffic, and I know a lot of you don't have money to burn either, but even just advertising this journal would be a huge help. I'll take anything I can get. Really.
