i think your being too hard on yourself. the worst thing you can do is have a empty sketch book long term. not need a new one

Wow I never see such instincts to draw so badly, still you need a break once in a while. If you want to draw, maybe grab some blank or rough paper to doodle on, you don't always have to draw on a sketchbook.
