he makes a Lot of good points and there is definitely a charm and warmth to traditional drawings it's something that I can appreciate. and digital does have some awful flaws when you're lazy (just look at how some cartoons are all the same style to the point of stagnation https://www.dropbox.com/s/w40ruozxx.....unsee.JPG?dl=0 )

but at the same time, I don't think that it's inherently superior you can make stunning art regardless of the medium you choose the way i see it it's something you grow into as you learn where your strongest and pick up the tools that play into those strengths. the biggest bar for entry with traditional drawing is the cost of supplies I'd never recommend someone just learning to drop that kind of money every few weeks/months and that leads to people sticking with what they know which in itself is problematic

I agree with everything except for the cost There are lots of traditional mediums That are very cheap to learn Before I had lulukitten my scetches were really just the corners and sidebars of paper and pencil I think the biggest barrier to entry for art is actually time you can become good at anything if you put the effort in Question is if you are Willing to Put the time in
