I have the unfortunate belief that reformatting is the go-to tactic for companies that make their tech support wear neckties instead of LotR t-shirts. I'm worried for my own computer these days, which has been taking much longer to start up.

Depression is something that likely can't go away on its own, and it sounds stress-induced. I believe you're able to conquer this, but it'd definitely help to do things for yourself instead of others from time to time. Nobody deserves to suffer from depression, but they also don't have to suffer alone. If you ever get the opportunity to unwind by watching cartoons or movies and want to, just let me know.

What really sucks about depression is that no one truly understands. Even if someone does experience depression, it's not my level of depression. It also hurts when people just give up on you because they cannot take your outbursts anymore when it's usually a way of asking for help.

Like a flower, everyone's depression grows differently, from where it stems from, to how it bends us, to the way in which it blossoms. Unfortunately, people can't cope with it and even people who suffer from it don't understand it. Even though that's the case, there are still people who want to help with it. It's like a cold, or a flu, or a cancer, and more people deal with it than they themselves recognize. I'm blessed to have found the support group I have regarding my own depression and anxiety, and while I feel even more helpless hearing about their troubles than I do coping with my own, I know they deserve better, and I wish they could be better. Some people are abused, and some people are isolated, and I wonder if in either case the sadness has something to do with not knowing if it's easier to be alone or not. I don't pretend to know what other people are going through because experience is true knowing and I barely comprehend what I'm going through myself, but I believe that if things ever get so bad that you need help, that you can find that help, even if it's a bunch of strangers in an IOP program. It takes time, and it's scary, but small steps have a way of becoming striding victories on the path to conquer ourselves. You're not a bad person if you can't cope with what life throws at you. You're a good person just for trying. You're welcome, Airy.

I wish I could help. I think I know what the problem is, and possibly how to fix it, but it would require me to physically be there which is the problem. Sorry, Berry.
