2015 Meme What I really think about it all
10 years ago
General
Doing this with plenty of time ahead, because I'm having the boyfriend over tomorrow and may not be able to do too much online when he is here. <333 So here we go!
1. Was 2015 a good year for you? Why?
It started off as a shitty year, was dealing with a pretty bad divorce between my folks that affected me more than it should have at school. Entire year why fall of 2014 was my worst academically and neither my folks accept that realization. But later out during the year it turned out better than ever expected, and I'll be telling you why.
2. What was your favorite moment of the year?
I honestly think going to IFC and MFF this year with my boyfriend
was the most fun, I never had been able to get out as much con together than if I would alone and I thank him a lot for coming along with me. I made new friends through him, but also made new friends out of the blue at these cons.
3. What was your least favorite moment of the year?
Well, I think the least favorite part of the year was the fact that I got scammed out of $100-150 out of art that I will never be able to see again. I'm so pissed off about this, I'm not really sure if I will trust any artists again after this, otherwise I'll be sticking with the few reliable artists that have always delivered in the past, so prepare to eventually see the same art style until I find other reliable artists in the future.
4. Where were you when 2015 began?
I was over at friends over in Appleton at a house party at Kai's.
5. Who were you with?
A whole bunch of honest and good furs up the the NE part of Wisconsin, I may have to come up there again someday and hang out.
6. Where will you be when 2015 ends?
I'll be spending it maybe in suit with my boyfriend drinking sake and celebrating a good friend on his birthday that night.
7. Who will you be with when 2015 ends?
With my boyfriend and Tack from Waukesha.
8. Did you keep your New Year's Resolutions of 2015?
I forgot mine from this past year, too much going on.
9. Do you have New Year's Resolution(s) for 2016?
Work out with my man, do good in school, and make more friends where ever I go. =)
10. Did you fall in love in 2013?
I did find love on my own and my own accord. I don't regret the steps to get there either.
11. If yes, with who?
is the man I fell for, and eventually came out to only a few of my family (most of my family doesn't even know) and it felt so right to tell him that I loved him and I'd want to be with him. He's restored my faith in so many things that I feel like my old self before my parents divorce took its ugly turn. I've never felt so free as to who I really am and not pretend who I really should be, and with this sweetheart was the pivotal change that I didn't want to live a lie anymore. Thank you Kurdan for being there for me, and I'll always be mushing for you to the moon and back.
12. If yes, do they know?
Ohhh he knows, the wolfcat knows how much he is loved by his husky. ;3
13. Are you still in love with them?
Yes, in fact with each passing week, our love for each other is getting stronger and stronger as we find more reasons why we love each other. <33333
14. You regret it?
I've never regretting my decision when I asked him out after public suiting on the 4th of July, and its a life decision that I don't think I'll ever regret making for myself. <3
15. Did you break up with anyone in 2015?
I had to informally break up with someone because the person in question couldn't man up and tell it to me straight, and another I had to formally break up with because I was obviously cheated on and being pushed aside for someone else. That's all fine and dandy with me, I just hope your happy with yourself. I am very thankful for my boyfriend, something I'd never thought I'd say, because he is my first relationship I've had were I'm not worried about losing him to anyone.
16. Did you make any new friends in 2015?
For the first time in ages, I've finally been able to make good quality friends at meets and cons this year. I've fallen out of a couple of friend circles lately and it kinda hurts me since I've been there with them since the beginning, but I felt it was time to move on and make new friends once more. I even re-established old friendships from years ago and it feels nice. I've made and got to know more friends this year than any of my now 14 years as a member of this community. Thank you for making this year memorable, and will be keeping in touch with you all shortly! <3333
17. Who are your favorite new friends?

and many more!!!!!!! All you guys made my year special like no other, and you are the reason why I laugh and smile everyday. Thank you for being there for me, this year really turned out great. If your icon isn't here, please don't fret that I didn't mention you, or the list would go on and on. But your special in many ways too, thank you for making this year awesome! <3
18. What was your favorite month of 2015?
Anything past May of this year is my favorite, so much has happened after this month, its changed my life. <333
19. Did you travel outside of your country of residence in 2015?
I won't be seeing European soil until I finish college, so more likely I didn't.
20. How many different states / provinces did you travel to in 2015?
I've been to Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, skirted Missouri and Ohio. Autobahn Curl! =D
21. Did you lose anybody close to you in 2015?
I lost my grandmother on my mom's side last summer (2014), but that was all that I can recall.
22. Did you miss anybody in the past year?
I missed everyone equally. X3
23. What was your favorite movie that you saw in 2015?
By far Star Wars The Force Awakens is my favorite, I saw it twice in theaters! =D
24. What was your favorite song from 2015?
There were a lot of good songs from this year, honestly I thought they were all good. X3
25. What was your favorite record from 2015?
My copy of Signals (1982) from Rush. As of this month they are no longer a band together, Neil Peart has major tendinitis and won't be able to play anymore. Glad to have seen them from 2007 to 2013. A;ex and Getty have been playing together since 1968, and Neil since 1974, but 41 years together is no easy feat. They will be missed in the concert stage world, but I'll make sure the sweet airwave vibrations is not restricted for your freedom of music!
26. How many concerts did you see in 2015?
None actually!!! I wanted to see Rush in Chicago, but $200 a ticket isn't worth it anymore, nor is the 6 hour trip overall for that matter.
27. Did you have a favorite concert in 2015?
Sadly none to note. Many there will be more in the up coming year.
28. Did you drink a lot of alcohol in 2015?
I started drinking at age 12 and peaked at 16, and I'm currently 22 now. I'm honestly a hard core drinker, had whole bottles of vodka, rum, wine, jager all to myself at one point or another. I had 12 bottles of red's apple ale at a house warming party and I still knew what was going on, and I was 19 I believe too. I've got years on people before they ever had a drop of alcohol. I drank hard once at 16 that I felt my liver for six months. Its time to call hard drinking quits, because of the amount of time I had spent drinking, I find getting shit faced at meets and cons boring and not a proper way to have fun. I'll still enjoy a good beer, wine, or sake, but I'm not going to get liquored up like I could have in the past. Plus its not an image I want people to always associate me as that one drunk kid who needs to be three sheets to the wind to have fun. I'll still have some here and there, but I know its not going out of style and I'm in no rush to drink it all up anytime soon. Plus trying to work off this tiny beer gut that I have, and that's one of my goals is to get rid of it.
29. Did you do a lot of drugs in 2015?
Nope, I don't do that sort of thing. =P
30. How many people did you sleep with in 2015?
The only person I'd want to sleep with in bed is with my boyfriend, and I like to be the big spoon. The wolfcat approves of smaller big spoon husky. :3 hehe
31. Did you do anything you are ashamed of this year?
I nearly set a wood cabin on fire in November by accident, nearly smoked my poor dad and friend out. If you want to hear this story, come to FurSquared and I'll tell you the entire story that includes a cup used to put out this fire.
32. What was your most memorable moment you shared with someone in 2015?
I think it was suiting around at night in Aurora on the 4th of July with
and later asking him if he would like to be my boyfriend.
33. What was the worst lie someone told you in 2015?
I don't think I lied once this year, other than coming out and spilling the real truth about who I really am in August.
34. Did you treat somebody badly in 2015?
I'm not the type of person to do this, people who really know me well know that I'm a people person. I treat everybody fair.
35. Did somebody treat you badly in 2015?
Yeah there were a lot of badly made decisions made by a few people, but this year I replaced several people with better friends than I can ever imagine. I'm not going to stick up to people or think of you as a friend if you do nothing but avoid me or believe that I'm a friend who isn't worth the extra effort to keep. Well then, can I say that those friends were requiring lots of effort on my behalf to keep in contact with and I didn't think twice about it. I'm glad my eyes are opened to those that really do appreciate my company, I go where ever I feel welcomed by open arms and smiles.
36. How much money did you spend in 2015?
It the past 18 months, a shot ton of spending. Another suit, my acquisition of my 2007 Kia Spectra affectionately named Marshmallow, two rifles of WWII vintage, and paying a semester's worth of college. I plan on being more frugal this up coming year.
37. What was your proudest moment of 2015?
Telling my mom that I was bisexual and that I was seeing a man. She took it very well, in fact she was accepting of it immediately and a hurdle I thought was daunting was a piece of cake. I was really proud about myself coming about to say that.
38. What was your most embarrassing moment of 2015?
Me almost burning a forest down, which you'll all get to hear at FS16.
39. If you could go back in time to any moment of 2015 and change something, what would it be?
I wouldn't go back to change anything. I think everything happens for a reason, and I sure like where I'm headed in life with those I love and care for, there is nothing that can be done to make this any better. <3
40. What are your plans for 2016?
Make this year ever better than the last, all while keeping a smile on my face with the ones I enjoy life the most with.
My cons for this year is
Fur Squared 2016
Indy Fur Con 2016
Midwest FurFest 2016
I hope everyone reading this will have a kickass, awesome, super, safe, and memorable New Years celebration! I cannot wait to start fresh another year! =D
