Opening commissions and TOS

To-do list http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7276959/ Trades will be considered commissions and will be done with the same priority. However I might not start some trades until I receive my half if I have a lot of commissions and half finished trades piled up.

TOS For commissions
1. I will not do porn, however I will do artistic nudity, lingerie pinups, and mild nsfw factors such as genitalia on a ref sheet.
2. I will not tolerate nagging, I am okay with you asking about stuff politely however if you start sending me messages constantly asking if your drawing is done I will not draw for you.
3. I will not tolerate you constantly changing your mind about what you want, you can change your mind only before I have started drawing.
4. You may make corrections during the sketch stage, however I will not tolerate more than three changes unless it was my fault, example, I forgot to add certain markings, then that's my fault. It's not my fault however if you want me to draw in another art style and didn't bother to look at the style I draw in before commissioning me. I will also correct any time during the image's production if it's my own mistake.
The three initial changes you have allow you to change stuff that was your bad. I will consider other changes afterwards if you let me know about them, however only if I'm early in the drawing process.
5 I will not tolerate nitpicky comments like - "It's good but you don't draw hooves the way they should be drawn." I will not finish your commission if you start acting this way. LOOK AT MY ART STYLE BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME.
6. Do not try to get me to draw like other artists, I will also not "Reference" from other drawings people have made, basically don't send me a picture and tell me to remake it with your character. Talk to the artist who drew the original picture not me.
7. Do not be crude around me. I dislike vulgar comments. (If they're directed towards me).
8. I will not draw breasts bigger than is natural, basically I won't draw anything bigger than the character's head because then it just takes away from the main purpose of the picture whatever that might be (Remember I don't do porn). This also goes for any genitalia on ref sheets.
9. I have the right to cancel or turn away commissions at any time.
OTHER
1. All pics will be finished within 14 days, if unforseen circumstances occur I will notify my commissioners.
2. Payment will be requested after the pic is done.
3. I will not charge you if I can't finish the picture, which is unlikely
4. If you think you have a reason that you don't need to pay then let me know and I will consider the reason.
5. I will redraw pics if they are not to your taste however you will be receiving WIP's so if you don't like the pic when it's done then I won't because you should have said something earlier.
6. I love complex designs and will not charge more for them.
7. I draw any species even humans.
8. I am not the best at human men but can learn if needed.
9. I will attempt robots.
10. Note I do not work in order, I work on whichever pic I feel the need to at the time being so I will jump around between drawings.
11. I will advertise when I'm holding streams.
12. You will receive a watermarked picture before payment. If you decide not to pay you will not receive the unwatermarked version, the watermark will say something like - Unpaid commission.
13. I am willing to do drawings and receive payment at a later date however you must notify me before commissioning that you will not be able to pay until later, these commissions will not have the same priority as paid commissions and half finished trades, however I will start them right away just the same. You will not receive the unwatermarked version until payment.
14. NOTE WHEN YOU SEND MONEY DO NOT SEND WITH A SHIPPING ADDRESS OR AS A GIFT
If you send it as gift my account will freeze for 24 hours and if you send with a shipping address the money will pend for 21 days and I won't be able to use it.
