ATTENTION ADMINS
I sent my advertising renewal money in for ad banners here for SexyFur.com and Tailheat.com on the 26th of December. I understand that the holidays are busy times, but all it takes is reading an email and clicking a few things on a screen to reactivate it. I have yet to receive confirmation of the renewal despite payment; I have emailed you twice and gotten no response. Sorry to post it here where it may be "louder" but private messaging has failed.
The traffic from FA's ads is important to me and my art team.
Can you please reactivate my ad banners ASAP? Thanks!

I got a reply on Dec 21st to a ticket I sent on Oct 14th 2014... For an account that has obviously changed since then, as, by the time I sent my ticket, it was a giant advertisement for a car dealership somewhere in the US... Now it has some cutesy chibi furry stuff on it.
Good luck finding someone like that who's willing to cover months/years of backlog :/
Given when they've replied to mine, they might have about a 14 months backlog, give or take a few weeks. With a dedicated team doing only that all day, and a big team, it can be fixed in a matter of months. I'd say a trimester maximum for all the tickets about breach of the rules and such. Technical tickets are another matter.
But they also need to communicate, so people will feel reassured. Something like this: "Today, we have 123.456 tickets in queue, the oldest one is from 21/12/2014. We have 5 people working full time on it, we'll keep you apprised." Then, a week later, they post an update: "we're down to 111.111 tickets, oldest is from 03/01/2015. Still going strong." And so on.
That would go a looooong way to restore some faith in those people.
But that's wishful thinking.
