Can say I'm in a similar situation with the 'not eating' part, though due to stress not depression. You know I haven't left the house in a year but I'm still the same weight? I don't exercise and I eat junk, but the stress literally burns it clean off. Some days, I knowingly skip food because I'm simply too busy. I just can't be arsed to eat because it'd take up time. Between this and my bad sleep, I get dizzy a lot. Money being tight doesn't help, but things just pile up that I just can't afford to waste time dealing with hunger.

Can't really help much other than saying to look around for the cheapest prices you can find and to try and find ways to cut back. You generally have to work harder or walk further to find cheaper things, but when you can knock a fiver off your budget it helps. Though... Can't say you'll enjoy it. :/
