Most of the time I'm just too tired or can't be assed RPing, I used to do it like /all/ day but now I do it maybe once every few days

Yeah I started to hit the same thing when 17 or 18 rolled around and now-a-days it's a like, once a week thing some times.
Basically the same as me.
