I am partial to the wolf, she has much more development and thought behind her. having been created from the ground up with the depths of the amazing creativity you do possess. The lucario is a bit less impressive as it was created by a video game developer before hand and simply modified. that also doesn't take into account what i am used to personally.

Agreed, personally! Although it is a cute character, it's more of a "side thing" and lacks the amazing development that Lexi the wolf has.

right around 14 actually. But yes, my analysis didn't even take into account personal nostalgia and more the facts of the creative development behind the synthoid wolf.

Going to echo the sentiments of everyone else and say the wolf. The lucario I always thought of as a separate body to temporarily use, whereas the wolf has been your identity forever, not to mention it's much safer as your copyright! ;)

While it is true that is how it started out as, I've just been feel more and more linked with it at times.

To be fair you've gone through quite the metamorphosis over the years. I still remember when there were some commissions of your character being a muscular badass, which admittedly was my favorite depiction, even though I fully well understand that it no longer feels like "you". Just saying, though, becoming a lucario character full time could cause some issues in the future, especially as more and more artists are reluctant to draw anything that comes close to Rule 34, even entire species.
