Writing and Things
So, gradually creeping along in my writings, though mostly in world building and brainstorming. :/ Hit a rather interesting turning point, though.
Had a friend read a current work in progress, and they noted a discrepency between character point of view and the form of writing I was using. I became rather fond of verbose and "scholarly" writing thanks to Lovecraft, as well as first person narratives. Though I did not want to all have scholars and educated men as my characters, I didn't take that into account with the writing style. IE, a farmer would have a different point of view and vocabulary from a soceror. :# Embarassing mistake I didn't catch, but I'll learn from it. Each new learning experiance makes me better, or so I think.
Nothing else too noteworthy happening. Still in a tug of war between writing clean fiction and more erotically inclined stories. :#
PS
Treasure of Rudra for SNES has some rad musics.
