Clean Art Guidelines
These are our current guidelines for what the group's administration considers clean artwork. We want this group to encourage and promote clean artwork and galleries. We hope to facilitate finding a clean gallery and/or artist for interested individuals for whatever reason. Staff will try to be fair and neutral on what we consider family friendly. These guidelines aren't up for debate or questioning. If this group doesn't fit your needs, try our affiliates. Thank you.
Restricted
• Any genitalia/anatomically correct bodies. Outlines, suggested, or bulges of genitalia. Nipples of ANY gender are included.
• Sexual acts and suggestive themes. Fondling, making out, licking. Titillating imagery, suggestive posing (bent over, pulling up shirt to reveal abs, tugging down pants), sexy-cute, cropped or suggested. Sexy and titillating clothing including, but not limited to: collars with leashes, torn fitted tops, lingerie, thongs, visible panty-hose lining, and sheer fabric.
• Violence. Blood, organs, broken bones, wet bones, torn flesh. Gore and vore. Threatening and aggressive behavior. Self-harm. Anything relating or hinting to abuse.
• Fetishes. Some examples included, but not limited to: BDSM, hyper, paws, inflation, rubber, stomping, diapers, hypnotism, and pregnancy.
• Vulgar, hateful, bigoted, or racist language featured in the artwork, on the character, being gestured, in the background, or in the title.
• Recreational drug and alcohol use. Including pipes, pills, drinking cough syrup.
Allowed
• Clothing. Barbie nude. Completely furry body. Chibi/androgynous bodies.

• Cartoony violence no higher than the kind used in 1940's Batman comics/slapstick. All emotions and themes are allowed except for those that are restricted.
• Babyfurs, kidfurs, and teenfurs that not sexualized or fetishsized.
• Symbols in place of actual vulgar language, as long as it replaces every letter in the word.
• Other general art themes.
(All artwork is subject to the staff's discretion)
Artist Index Guidelines
• Only digital, traditional, craftwork artists are being taken at the moment.
• Your account is at least 30 days old and you've been active within those 30 days.
• You are a completely clean artist. That means you draw only clean artwork on FA. Clean artwork accounts do not count if you have a NSFW account. This is limited to FA's website.
• An entire FA gallery of clean art and favorites as defined by our guidelines. If you have mature/adult tagged themes in your favorites, it should be hidden, which you can enable in the site settings.
• You upload art you've created on FA regularly: At least twice a month.
• Most of your artwork isn't comprised of colored bases/line-art. Collaborations are allowed as long as all parties have contributed something that is not from a base.
• A significant portion or at least half of the artwork in your gallery was created by you.
• All persons/subjects and collaboration partners must be credited within the description.
• If you used to draw NSFW content or had an account for it, as long as you no longer produce it and have cleaned out your gallery, you will be eligible.
• Your account on FA is in good standing on FA and with Clean Artist. You must be abiding by FA's TOS and AUP.
Art Submission Policy
• Only people artists listed on the Clean Artist Index or eligible for it can submit artwork. Same goes for the administration faving/requesting it.
• Artwork has to be done by the person submitting it.
• Permission must be obtained from all persons/subjects contained within a piece of art. Collaboration partners are require their express permission as well.
• Only one submission per person a week is allowed to prevent flooding and allow diversity.
• Artists can send notes to submit a piece for review to the group.
• Admins may send notes inquiring about permission to submit a piece of artwork to the group.
• As to make sure artists are given showcase, the submitted image must be cropped with the words 'View Original At the Link' that way people can favorite the original piece.
• Themed events and raffle entries will be submitted within the journal entry they are announced and not by note.
• Artwork has to be a finished piece.
• No WIPS, Sketches, YCHs, Sales Images, Ref Sheets, or Bases/lineart.
Interaction Within the Group
Harassment, begging, trolling, inciting drama, abusive/offensive language, or extensive roleplay beyond a *hug* isn't allowed. Anyone trying to circumvent rules through perceived 'loopholes' or 'technicalities' will still be subject to group penalties. Staff reserves the right to block and remove anyone from the artist index along with their art from the group without prior warning for whatever reason we deem fit. Please, consider that we want this to be a comfortable space for everyone, within reason. Any issues you are having with another member can be taken up in a note with them or with FA staff. Any questions about the group can be directed to the primary admin. Currently: fixion & midknightfox
When you interact with the Clean Artist group you automatically agree to all of these terms.
