About Draghi's color scheme...
I have been thinking of changing it from the green he has now to a more red oriented one. ( basically replacing the all 3 green colors with a black-red-yelooh theme.
The reason for this is that i notice I tend to draw Draghi around vegetation a lot ( grass, trees, bushes, etc ) and he becomes rather hard to spot. ( and it wouldn't even breake the camouflage aspect... ( remember he is an alien and thus comes from a different world where reds and purples could be what the vegetation is like ).
What do you people think? Do you prefer his existing green look or would a change to red be interesting?

If he had the abilities like you describe them, i would have this problem both on Earth and on his homeworld.
I need him to stand out better from the background, that's why I am considering this color change.
It's a bit of a coin toss to me. His original colours are very nice and natural looking. I haven't had any issues telling him apart from the background (praise to your part if that was very careful planning). Red/yellow/black would be very neat too though and as you said make him more strikingly obvious in pictures.
Furthermore, you should make a short comic about his color change. Like the result of a maturing progress.
it's a good idea to include a story for this transformation.
And why not to draw him a little bigger
